Craft Vendor Information

Historic Lebanon Green, Routes 87 & 207, Lebanon, Connecticut Saturday, September 26, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM

SET-UP: Saturday, September 26, 2026 beginning at 7:00 AM. Contract & payment must be received by September 20th, 2026. No space guaranteed after that date.

Single Booth Space: $90 – 10’ x 10’’ Double Size Space: $180 – 10’ x 20’

BOOTH GUIDELINES

Register and pay prior to show date (see deadline above). No unregistered Vendor will be permitted entry on day of show.
Vendors provide a 10’ x 10’ easy up tent (or similar).
Bring your own tables and shop sign
Electricity is not available. Quiet generators are permitted.
Vendors receive free admission and a complimentary coffee/donut (two persons per booth)
Ample food and drink are available for sale in the adjacent church hall
All Vendors are expected to remain on the grounds until 3:00 pm.
Please have your trash ready for pickup between 2:30 – 3:00 pm.
Vendors will receive an email confirmation once contract and fee has been received.

ENTRANCE TO THE GROUNDS – NOTE CHANGES

The State Police will not permit Vendors to line up on Route 87 to enter the grounds. Vendors must enter the grounds from Rt. 87 (east side of Green). FOLLOW SIGNS TO “CRAFT VENDOR SET UP”.

A parking attendant will be at this entrance to direct you to your space for unloading vehicle. Once unloaded, all vehicles must be moved OFF SITE and relocated to an adjacent parking area. NO VEHICLES permitted to remain at the booth site.
